Will Utah hand over Snake Valley's Water to Las Vegas's powerful water agency? While it is defended by SNWA, it is hard to understand why Utah would sign the Nevada-Utah Shared Groundwater Agreement.
It really isn't even an agreement between the two states. It is an agreement between Utah and the SNWA from what I see.
